I wonder if anyone got married and didn't do a video and regrets it.
I honestly can't imagine sitting down to watch it.

my sister spent $4000 on her video kept forgetting to pick it up finally 1 1/2 after it was done I picked it up for her. We watched it once and I dont even think she knows where it is.
Im def not getting one its money I can use toward something else. Pictures are all I need.
really wow, i guess everyone is different...my e-party video i watched a dozen times so i can only imagine the wedding video lol...Plus for me personally i really want for my kids to see us exchanging vows, doing our first dance and just everything about the day. Plus i would really love to send it to my family overseas that won't be able to make it

i really couldnt see spending 1500 on a video i would watch once but would like the ceremony taped...the photographers i spoke to wont do just the church...they said its not worth it if they can video someone elses entire wedding the same day..understandable but ***** for me lol

I know how you feel!! I go back and forth about this all the time. All the wedding videos Ive ever seen I've either been incredibly bored after 15 minutes, or its way too dramatic (the videographer makes it seem like a movie) At the same token, I don't want to regret not getting one either. Hmmmmm I'm stuck!!

As of now, I havent booked video but only because we cant afford it. Im hoping closer to the wedding, our financial status will be a little better. If not, well have a friend of ours do it.

I really want video...there is so much during thenight you are not going to see! I def wanted it! You might not sit down to watch it all the time but i think its nice to have.

I am having a friend of mine do the ceremony and the impt parts of the reception. If we end up having extra money (hahhaa) then well add it :)

I originally didn't want a video....it just wasn't in our budget...but in the end I decided to get it...and I have to say..I'm so happy I did.....I would suggest even if you can't afford to have it done professionally....ask a family friend to videotape the ceremony and some of the reception...

i want one.....i hate the idea of the actual video guy being around and bothering people BUT i wish my parents had a video of their wedding! that would have been so much fun to watch.....so i want one for when i have kids/grandkids - and just to watch when FH and I are old
