One list and if people can't come then we will just have less people.
I didn't really call mine a B list. What we did was invite all the family first (we sent the invitations out 8/1 for a response for 9/1) now on 9/1 we sent out all the friends we wanted to invite. Once we knew how many family members said no, we knew how many of our friends we could invite. We had such a huge guest list and our max at the hall is only 270 so we had to make sure the family was all accounted for before we knew how many friends we could add. My mom was not happy about how we did this but for me and my FI it was a good way to know how many friend we could invite.
We don't have a B list although we are inviting 200 with 30 probable 'no's' - we have a 140 minimum so hopefully we'll be close to that (and not under!)
I didnt have it. If I have to second guess whether I want to invite them, then I will not invite them to begin with.
one big list!!!! maybe too big..
