If so, what is the best way to do it ?? There has to be SOMETHING easier than typing in the address one by one for each envelope printout. - Isnt' there a mail merge or something I can do ?

Re: Anyone Print their own Envelopes ?
If you have you list already prepared in excel, I guess you could do a mail merge, but then you will need to use an envelope setting in your word program.
I found it easier to use a regular document and change the margins according to my envelope size.
I hope this doesn't sound confusing to you. I think the best way to do it, is to try a few things and figure out what is best for you.
HTH, let me know if you have any questions I can help answer
ETA: I did not use a mail merge, I typed each one out.

Re: Anyone Print their own Envelopes ?
I used theknot's guest list program, so I got a .csv file that I mail merged. If you know how to mail merge it isn't that hard, but you need to have them all in the computer somehow- an Excel file is perfect.

Re: Anyone Print their own Envelopes ?
I didn't know how to mail merge, and it was in a word file, not an excel file anyway, but for my sister's wedding, I copied ad apsteds each one from the word file to an envelope. It was annoying but it really wasnt THAT bad.
I should make an excel guest list....Does anyone have a template the can send me? Or can you tell me what fields you included? I don't want to leave anything out.

Re: Anyone Print their own Envelopes ?
Relatively simple, although I used theknot's program, which made it even easier.
Outside Envelope Name Inside Envelope Name Address #1 Address #2 City State Zip Country
These are timesavers for later. Who will you invite to other events, etc. Shower? Shower Gift (Y/N) Thank you card sent? Date Thank you card sent
Bachelor Party? Bachelorette Party?
Attending Wedding? Number attending wedding Table #
Wedding Gift (Y/N) Date Gift received Thank you card sent Date thank you card sent

Re: Anyone Print their own Envelopes ?
We did a mail merge from an excel list and we printed directly on the envelopes in the same font as the invites, only larger. It was still time consuming, but much less so than typing each one.
