Anyone register at BBB notice this?

The weirdest thing keeps happening on their site. Items I have registered for show images of other items. Example a chair instead of my cheese grater.

Here's an example. FH's mini deep fryer is a photo of an ipod stereo thing.

Sorry - I tried to upload a screen shot but it won't work - not a JPEG or GIF.

BBB registry question: do you get cash back or a check mailed to your home when your refund stuff off your registry? And suppose someone bought you a toaster that they paid $100 for. You decide to return it and it's now $50. Do you get the $100 or the $50?
