everyone constantly asking you what is going on with the planning? I know it's natural for people to ask - esp when I am getting close (75 days) but I just don't feel like dealing with it! Just needed to vent!

Im tired of everyone after asking that saying 'well I know of a plcae, person, such and such' and then getting MAD when you say you already have someone, something etc...
I appreciate advice but Im not gonna change my DJ to the one your neighbors daughter in law used for gods sake!

I think I'm the opposite! LOL I get more upset when people don't ask me about the planning. It's always on my mind...why can't it be on their's?!

Rainmama - give it a couple of more months - you'll be sick of it!!! EVERY DAY - my dad has been calling me to tell me who is coming from his side? I'm like - that's great - tell them to send back the RSVP!!!

I hated planning a wedding..everyone throws in their two cents and it was so annoying! hang in there...its almost over and then you can relax on yoru honeymoon!!!

Yes I am so sick of it. Everyone is so annoying... right when I finish telling someone about a certain thing someone else will ask me a question about the same thing
I'm not sick of it, I just feel bad saying no all the time. I mean I still have over a year!

It was especially annoying when everyone pretty much knew that our plans were on hiatus because of FH's illness, and people would ask anyway. One woman actually asked me to tell her what the final cost was when all was said and done so that she could have some idea of what her daughters' weddings might cost. Not that either of them are engaged or remotely close to it.
When I told one of the women who asked how it was going that we were probably going to cancel our plans, she told me it was better to find out about him now rather than later. I had to tell her that we were planning on cancelling the wedding, not the marriage. People mean well, but quit asking so many darn questions!

DEFINITELY!!! I don't want to get into a detailed description of my wedding planning with everyone who I see! Some of the stuff is very stressful and when you try to put it out of your mind, people keep askign you about it!! ARRGGHHHH!!! If you come to the wedding, you will find out.

YES!!! And I still have over a year to go! My FH just mentioned this to me last night, that anyone he talks to asks about the wedding planning, every time he speaks to them!!! He was like 'Is that all anyone thinks we do??? Spend every moment of our lives planning this wedding?!' I agreed. It's especially annoying when you do give them details and they criticize, say you should have used their guy, ask why you haven't done more yet and on and on and on....

Our wedding is right before your date and I am SO sick and TIRED of EVERY QUESTION that I'm asked being only about the wedding. I feel as though my identity is lost lately.... Or if I'm not constantly doing wedding planning, people love to remind me 'well , you don't have much time left!!'
For months now it isn't 'HOW ARE YOU, Felicia?' its 'HOW ARE THE WEDDING PLANS GOING, Felicia?'
I cannot wait to be married and start focusing on 'real life' again!
