Anyone started booking vendors yet? Or is it too early?

We already booked the RH, hotel (guest accomodations) photographer/videographer, and DJ for our wedding! And now as of last night we book the clergy. Our wedding is Jan 2, 2009
. We are doing really good. We are very happy with everyone we went with. Things are going really well for us.

I think over the summer we are going to start looking at vendors. But the RH is booked. And the Eparty is this weekend.

I suggest booking early!! Here's my recommendation...I got married in June 2006. I used Artisan Photo Group. Chuck was my photographer; he was wonderful!!! I had 2 photographers and a videographer, all from Artisan, and the results were spectancular!!! I had over 1000 proofs- all beautiful!! I had the proofs and uneditted video 2 weeks after the wedding. My pictures were online for all guests to see (many were so impressed, they bought photos). It was hard to choose the pictures for my album, but Lynn was very helpful. Today I got my editted video, and it's great! Artisan was by far one of my favorite vendors. I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking. I know my friends will be booking! Any questions, feel free to contact me.

It's never to soon. I am a 08 bride and I started getting vendors last year.

We already booked the RH, Church and Photographer/Video b/c when i called to see if they had any weddings booked yet that day, they already had 3!!! (Its Memorial Day weekend)

i started looking over a year ago!! i am getting married in 2008!
I have a great vendor for you girls if your on a budget. Even if your not they are great! you can book your whole wedding thru them for a great price!

I've started looking at ceremony locations, but it's starting to get to me... I've dreamed of having an outside wedding at this particular country club, visited the club...and IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so now, we are looking for new locations.... I am definitely starting to book things early. We are getting married in May 09!!!!!
