I tried it and didn't love it. I don't think the foundation colors blended well to match my skin tone.

Yes I've used their foundation and loved it! Its very natural looking... I used to get it at Ulta but theres a store in Rooselvelt Field, so go in and check it out. It's totally light weight thats what i liked about it. Wow- I sound like an infomercial!!

I have been using it for 5 years now. Before that I was using Mac or Lancome and I never went back to that makeup. Bare Essentials is so light weight, and natural looking.
It's definitely worth a try!

Its the only foundation I use. Its great and really does make your skin look flawless and never cakey.

I do, and I won't ever go back - it's the only make up I've tried that I really can't feel on my skin - everything else felt so heavy, and ended up feeling greasy by the end of the day (I have very oily skin). And it really does cover up all of my blemishes, etc, and stay put well.

I keep seeing the commercial and have been tempted to order, cause I have Rosacea, and from the commercial it seems to cover up redness. I'm gonna do the trial offer. I have nothing to lose. I'll let you know how it goes Eee.

I have been using both. I use Bare Minerals for my foundation. But I switch between Bare Minerals and MAC eyeshadow. I won't use anything else for my face anymore. Bare Minerals is so natural feeling. I love it.

I DO and I HIGHLY recommend it!
It looks so very natural - I wear it every day and it makes me look like I am glowing or naturally pretty. Also, it lasts a VERY long time, so its definitely worth the price!!!

I love bare escentuals! I've been using it for over a year! I bought the starter kit at Sephora, it's the best way to go because you get all the brushes with it! I don't plan on using anything else. My skin is better since I've been using it and it's so darn easy to apply! And you can sleep in it! Once you get the hang of it it really is so easy and your makeup looks so natural! I used to use MAC as well and I like Bare Escentuals soooooo much better!

i agree- it is not good for women of color. I used it briefly but i had to mix many colors just to get the right color for my complexion.

I use it and love it. I do use alot of MAC products still, bc I used to work for them. I love MAC eyeshadows, but Bare Escentuals makes great ones too! My friend worked there, so she always gets me samples I'm addicted!

Eliana- I went to Queens Center Mall on Saturady (in the midst of the crazy bank robbery ) to try the bare minerals. I also tried MAC this weekend to compare the 2 foundations because I am a MAC user and they came out with an airbrush makeup in a can. Bare essentials is lighter, feels like nothing is on, but MAC has a better color. I would say say to go to a bare essential store and try it for yourself to see which one you like the best. I am going to play with bare essentials. I do like the way the bare essentials makeup feels, in contrast to the MAC foundation.
