Anyone use Clarion for room blocks?

All the hotels that my venue recommended are booked for my wedding. Has anyone used Clarion in Ronkonkoma for room blocks?

They have terrible reviews online so I am skeptical however one of my friends just went there said it was nice and is using them for her blocks 2 weeks before.

My only choices close to my venue that have availability would be the Clarion or the Hyatt in Hauppauge. The Clarion's rates are much more reasonable.

Any feedback is appreciated!!

Anyone use Clarion for room blocks?

I am using them for my block. My wedding is in 11 days so I can't say how it is yet, but so far it's been great. I have 24 rooms booked, the sales woman has been really nice. We just paid off the breakfast for the next morning and she showed me the room, printed all the people who have rooms, and said I could drop off my guest bags whenever. No issues so far.
