Ok, so I didn't just get it. I got it on Tuesday and it's still in the box laying on my living room floor!!! I ordered it because I refuse to go to the gym and I need to get myself moving before the big day. Anyone ever use it? I know it's not going to transform me into Ms. Fit, but it's better than nothing, right? Your thoughts please!!!!!!
I still can't let you know how I like it because it's still in the box...lol Tonight's prison break, tomorrow american idol...excuse, excuse, excuse....maybe this weekend I'll put it together =)
I got it for the same reason, I can't get motivated to go to the gym so I thought it woudl be perfect to use while watching tv...I think it definitely works but make sure you streatch really well before you start. I have excerised in teh past and never in my life have I hurt myslef like I did teh first time I gazelled - I pulled my calf muscles so bad that it hurt to walk for a week....Just trying to spare you teh pain :) But like I said, you really do get a great workout for it!
