I was just freaking out over the amount of weigt I need to lose before wedding day ( and to get a derss) and was thinking of motivation...how about a contest of somesort...we could put in like either a set amount of money, like $20 or like a few dollars a week( I know we must all be strapped for cash) and then the winner gets the money to buy new SMALLER sized clothes? the only thing is to prove you lost the most we would need like a get together to get weighed in and then another after it ends? Just a thought, any other ideas or comments?

That sounds good to me. I'm leaving for CA on 7/30 but maybe we could get together sometime before then for the official weigh in? Or I can give my scale to one of you and weigh myself then?

This sounds like a wonderful idea.
I'll back up Rachel as an impartial. I'd never win this type of contest. I only want to lose 10-15lbs.
It would be great to see you guys and gives me something to do on my boring weekends.
Im open to almost all weekends. I'll be in the city this weekend though and next weekend (July 24th) I have a really quick dr appt at 11:15 but I'm free after that!

Ok...I'm gonna start a new thread with a poll for a starting date...I'll do a lot of dates and then a poll for money amounts...
Thosw who cant make any of the dates please post as well..we will somehow figure out a way to get everyone involved..
