Anyone using Bruce as their BM? I can't read his last name on my contract and I need to know it for my cancellation letter. Also, anyone happen to know who the general manager is or who I should address the letter to? I have a complaint about my BM and don't want to address it to him. TIA!
Glenn is the general manger but I dont know his last name. You can call the receptionist at the Watermill I am sure she will be able to tell you.

I am using Bruce...what is your complaint? Just curious!!! If you'd prefer to fm me, thats fine. I have his card at home, I can look later if you don't hear from somebody else earlier.
