Anything you FH insists on for the wedding?

FH is fine with pretty much whatever I want. Altho I put him in charge of music so when he said NO Michael Bolton I had to give in.

Also, his 1st request was that we have a unity candle for the ceremony and I whole-heartedly agreed!

Mine insisted on pigs in a blanket at the CH and the Conga line.... I'm going to the bathroom for that- I hate the conga!

Mine wants us to walk into the reception to 'It's Time to Party' by Andrew W.K.(hes getting it)

He wants a cake that is chocolate on teh outside (not sure yet)

He does not want the chicken dance, macarena, etc, etc,(definitely agree)

He wants to elope so we can get married already (too far into planning to do this...jk)


I almost forgot...he wanted ribs...we are having ribs during cocktail hour

Mine has been pretty easy to deal with, but so far...

He requested no group dancing, which I agreed with

No Meatloaf played by the DJ (he hates him)

No green or orange for the BM dresses (the only colors he seemed to be against!)

No Pina Colada song

Nothing cheesy or corny!! I promised him a cheese and corn free wedding!!!

My fh insists that I run the show. What ever I Want, I get it, as long as everyone has a good time.. then he will be happy!!!!!

same here but I think that is their slick was of getting out of the stress we are going through.

He insists on a certain song for the first dance; he insists that the flowers not be all white and cream.
