So I keep seeing lots of stuff brides are doing and I keep thinking..nope I'm NOT doing that.
Anything you're not doing that lots of other brides are? Any other really innovative ideas that you are?
I'm NOT having:
programs. people throw them away
menus - I'm sorta torn. I really don't care either way though.
crying packs - who's crying at my wedding?
cigar roller - I'm really completely W T F over this. I don't want everyone outside smoking cigars at my wedding. and lots of people hate the smell.
silly dances - yeah hate them
Garter - Bouquet toss - after seeing a girl in hysterics over this..yeah skipping it. It makes some people really upset.
That's a quick list. anyone else? Any thoughts?

Not doing:
-garter or bouquet toss -cry packs -cigar rollers -veil blusher (not a fan of things over my face) -no silly dances (if I can have it that way...)

We are not doing -Customized menus/table numbers - Garter/bouquet toss - candy bar -Viennese house - cry packs - slipper baskets - photobooth - cigar roller
And most of the other things that I never knew existed till this site - except for my channa plaque!
Edited: Probably won't do custom programs either.

cry packs aisle runner (ill just trip! Especially if the wedding is outside b/c I have to come down 4 stairs first!!) we just have one limo to drop the girls off at the hall debating about programs -- n VH

no dollar dance- never heard of it before liw and i can live without it. Id most likely make 5 bucks LOL
no programs- my bm walk down the aisle, then I come, we exchange rings, say i do, woo hoo we're married. end of story
no signature drinks- this is not my choice believe me, this is something i would do, but FH thinks it's gaudy.
no flower CP- We're doing votive candles instead
no cigar rollers- i will not have my $1000 dress [or me for that matter] smell of smoke. no way in he ll.
no children at the wedding- we want our guests to enjoy themselves, not running around after their kid the whole night. It's adult time, let loose and drink a little
