for you girls that have apartments and anyone else's opinions are welcomed
our current tenants have a 6 month lease which is up jan 31. how do i approach them about this? do i offer another 6 month lease or a month to month lease with rules about terminating? or do i ask them what their plans are come the lease end? i'd like to have at least a full month to list the apartment if they aren't planning on staying.
what do you guys think is my best approach?
tell them to get the hell out someone on the computer wants it and they have no choice!
see that's the other thing, do we even want to renew??? the apartment isn't too bad ya know, we're pet friendly too. it'll be somewhat easy to rent it. i just don't know

This is a hard question to answer.
In our old apartment, we had electric everything, we had 2 big units in the walls that were our heat and A/C we had an electric stove, and we had a Hot Water Heater in our Unit, along with a piggyback Washer Dryer. Plus we had alot of High Hat Lighting wich tends to be more expensive than Flouresent lighting
Our Bills ranged from $125 to as high as $300 for the summer months, we like it very cold. But on average our bills were about 180-200 a month

We just got our electric bill and it was $23 for last month. My laptop is on 24/7 as is at least one TV... however, we do not have a washer/dryer, and we do not have a regular oven we use a convection oven and a hotplate.

Re: apartment price ?
I have a two bedroom upstairs (second floor) in lindenhurst not in the village for 1380 all. I have to say after months of looking what you have isn't bad or out of the norm at all.
