Re: Applying makeup
I need it too! I am not competely retarded with makeup and I don't wear a lot - but I always see people's eyes look incredible. I am in Long Beach and there is a spa right around the corner from me - Joseph Chrisopher Salon - they have makeup lessons - I think it is @ $55. FH had asked me if I wanted him to get it for me at the holidays - and I said no! Wish I said yes!

Re: Applying makeup
I am thinking about taking an online class. It is by a guy named Devon Cass. He is amazing!!! He has done some of my friends headshots and they are beautiful. On his website he did my friend Nat up like Madonna. You should check out his site. It has alot of great tips.www

Re: Applying makeup
I had looked into this for a friend of mine, I can't find all of the info but some to check out areShisiedo - it's free, long waiting list though
Madina Milano - $, but supposed to be worth it
Check any of the cosmetic websites, Laura Mercier, MAC, smashbox etc. Most of them post classes and workshops in the events section.
Also I can't find it but usually check NY magazine or Time Out, they may do a story on the best make-up artists, etc.
