Apply for passports: Mine expires the day after I get home from Mexico
Block off hotel rooms for OOT Guests – Blocked off rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn (Ronkonkoma) but I need another choice. We have over 100 people who are OOT.

Plan reception - first dance song selection, parent dances, place cards, place card holders, seating arrangements - All To Do
Select and order wedding cake - To Do
Book rehearsal dinner site and send out invites - To Do
Prepare OOT welcome boxes – To Do

Hair and Makeup trials- To Do
Schedule day of hair, makeup, and nail apt for Bride and BMs - To Do
Mail out invitations – February 20th if I have them by then

Place tips for each vendor in envelopes – April
Today I am going to have a fruity cocktail and try to forget that I have all of this waiting for me at home.
