Amazing how fast this post came up and now all that stressing, preping, and planning is done. CONGRATULATIONS LADIES!!
WISHING YOU ALL A LIFETIME OF LOVE, HAPPINESS, and HEALTH. As we start to stray from the boards I will remember how you all helped me and we were going through the same things together. Thanks! Congratulations Newlyweds!!!!!!!!

I figured everyone else's month pops up why not ours...
Ok ladies where are we with planning and getting things out.
Please don't ask me..I am so behind. I am off work for the summer and now have no money for deposits on anything so I am waiting.
I have Duet -photo & Video and that's about it...I have all these little ideas swirling in my head though.
oh I am sending my STD's out late Aug.

What is everyone else up to?

My BM dresses are in, I'm going to check them out this weekend. I am also on the hunt for undergarments, shoes, viel, tiara and jewelry this weekend. Lots to do. I have to call Macy's to see if my dress is in yet-fingers crossed!

You know that is my motto: WE HAVE TIME! Seriously, I just sat down with FH and the list of 143 things that we still have to do from the knot checklist. He looked at it and said, 'OK, so we are in good shape, right?' I could not stop rolling my eyes.

When is he going to get it that this thing does not plan itself?

I loved updating this thing..
-Booking Marriott Residence Inn, Plainview. Suite to get ready day of the wedding.
-Hair trial Sat. picking up veil Friday night.
-Food tasting and menu choices Feb 4
Invites will be in soon and are going out first week in Feb.
-waiting for next paycheck to book honeymoon to Bahamas -Atlantis.
-starting the next DIY project. Votive placecards
-oh almost forgot ring hunting tomorrow with deposit

I made a lot of progress this week.
- RD booked
- RD invites are in the process of being finished
- most invitations are addressed and in envelopes
- started my cake topper
- bridesmaids had their first fitting
- bought bridesmaids gifts! I just have to wrap them
- FH chose groomsmen gifts
- made an appointment for tuxes
- my gown is in!!!!!!!!

I finally decided on transportation. I am hiring 2 limos for 9 hours to shuttle my guests, take the bridal party where we need to go, etc. for 1,150 including grat.

what a deal

I am sending out my invites feb. 4th

Just ordered table cameras.

Finish buying BM gifts
Buy parents gifts
Get Programs
Pick out readings
Photo list to DOC and Photographer
Music List to DJ and DOC
Menus
Hair/MU trail
Favors

Girls... any other last minute items I am missing???

Here is my update..

94 days left.
Invitations are done. Calligraphy will be done Saturday. Going out 2/6.

My dress is in! First fitting next tuesday.

Shopping this saturday for shoes. Decided to get my bra sewn in to my dress instead of seperate undergarments.

Found my hairpiece. Going to see it in person on saturday and then hopefully buy it.

Found 1/2 of my BM gifts.

Working on RD Invites.

I think we have the most action going on here!
We are so productive and on the ball. I just booked my 'good' hotel. Marriott in Plainview.
Invites should be in next week.
picking up veil for trial this Sat.

wow...April is really close! You guys are freaking me out with all this talk about sending out invites b/c I'm before you and not sure when ours will come in...it will be *fine* tho, just fine
Over the weekend I bought a headpiece and my dress came in.
Rooms are blocked at the hotel we're using.
This weekend we are meeting with our florist and hopefully our officiant (to be)

Dj and MC
Dress ordered - waiting for it to come in
Bridal party dresses ordered
Flowers/Centerpieces
Invitation are in - in the process of printing them
Programs - doing lay out in comp
Bra/and the 'thing' that goes under the dress
Make up trial appointment for Feb.
Favors have been picked..waiting to see how many I need

Looks good! I would say as long as you are working on your hair check out rings. We are stuck on this one.

We did tuxes in December-just because we had quite a few of the guys together and won't be able to assemble that group again for a while. Feb is plenty of time. We did ours at After Hours in the Smithhaven mall-I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well. I don't trust any tux shops.

Ordered veil
Ordered favors
Had first fitting
Ordered postage
Stuffed invites (sending them out Feb. 8th or 10th)

FH is going to look at tuxes this weekend (or so he says )
Still have to get passport
Have to get MOB dress
Groomsmen gifts
Marriage license
Next fitting scheduled for March 11th

Not much else left that I can think of!

Making progress too:

Had my first fitting! Next one is Feb 28th.
Found shoes, and bra!
Waiting for envelopes back from Calligrapher so I can stuff them.
Making my appts for final florist meeting, tasting, and to design the cake.
