Hello and Welcome Karen!!!!
We are getting down to the nitty gritty and it is worrying me. I have been sitting on my invites for days. I finally made my mapcard for the church. I don't have a lot of seals though so I have to try and find those pretty seals. I missed 6 peoples addresses and so upset cause one of them is my father's. OMG! That is bad. They will go out on Friday. I am still ahead of the game but I want them out and every day it is something new with them. I have no time with taking two classes this semester I feel like I am going crazy

I did order my favors from Pindar and they look pretty. The sample anyway. I am so glad we went with the order and pickup route. I have no more time for DIY projects.
Hope everyone else is having fun! I can't wait for next week. The week of the 20th is nothing but wedding. Yeah!!

INVITES ARE OUT!!!!

I was going to wait until this weekend, but they were bothering me just sitting there. Ran to the Post office last night and watched the guy hand cancel all of them. So glad thats done with.

Hopefully tonight I will have directions and a map and all of the addresses complete. I am really getting down to the wire now.

Please send some good vibes my way so that I pull this off and get these invitations in the mail by 2/20.

I AM PRAYING YOU GET THEM OUT!! How is everything else??
I have to get rings yet. FH needs to get his arse in a tux, and we need to book honeymoon. Still lots to do but invites are out. YES!

I JUST mailed mine not even 20 minutes ago. I feel so good I am so excited they are out and now the waiting game. I am sure most people will get them on Monday or Tuesday next week.

That is a little funny.... that one of them was your fathers!!

I have to get a small amount mailed today (the work people) I just got those addresses yesterday. HE still owes me two; one is his BROTHER! No one seems to know the bro's almost, sorta, kinda finances last name.. Sheesh people - I have a 3/7 RSVP date on these things!! You're KILLING ME!

We still need rings! Do you all have your rings yet? I feel a little late on this one! FI has a friend - well, knows a guy that is a DIAMOND jeweler (Nice Guy To Know!) which is where my engagement ring came from... so we'll end up going to him, but he is in NJ and we need to get there and get moving on this. He'll make something custom for me and it's probably time to get moving.

I also have to do all of my 'homework' still. I've booked everyone, but now it's all about the details... the song lists, the stuff for the photographer, getting all of the Moms to get their dresses so the florist can finalize the flowers for them, the officiant and the ceremony musicians... so I can work out my stupid programs!! A TON of homework. Sometimes I think the easiest part is just writing the checks!

HEY!!! I didn't know about the April Brides club!
Here you all are!

It's getting down to the nitty gritty! I just sent out my invites, well most of them, this Monday! My mother got hers the next day which means that all of my locals have landed.. pretty sure. I have a few still waiting for (HIS) addresses

Time is starting to fly by, and I can feel it in my shoulder and neck lately. I think I'm going to break!

I have to go to the post office today to get my passport going....and to pick up some more responses...we'll see how this goes.

Anyone else dry heaving at the fact that some of us can already go for our marriage licenses?? (We have to wait till March, but I know some of you can start already!)

Do I have to wait until March? Please enlighten me. I have no idea what to do.

I think you have to wait until you are within 60 days of your wedding date-so for you I think that is March 1...

Like the lavendar for the ceremony toss- can that go bad? Everytime I feel like I'm on track, I freak out again that there's just too much and not enough time - my brain is going a mile a minute! Is everyone feel like that?

Yeah me, I don't know how to turn my brain OFF. I wish I did, so I can get some sleep around here!!

I got my passport done. Now I gotta wait 6 weeks for it to come in. Then I put in for a new birth certificate, and that should be coming in any day now. I might call them on Monday, because they said 5-7 business days, and I'm pretty sure it's been longer than that.

I'm on the search for slippers for the slipper basket, that's the next project, and waiting for my truffle boxes to come in from Ebay via FedEx.

Too many things coming up...HM has to be paid in full on the 3rd and first fitting is on the 11th. We already got back 8 responses out of 58. So we have 13 people coming so far. But I'm still doing the no dance!!

Thanks for the education on the marriage license.

Yesterday I approved our invitations so now they can finally be printed.
Thank God for the one week turnaround time!

Did you check the wholesale section of Mysisterusa.com? I've heard of some girls getting a deal on whole boxes of the same color with mixed sizes (i.e. a case of all black).

I went with them but got creamed on price because I specified certain colors (blue/white/black/lavender). But I think they are better if you want all of one color.
