April Brides...

How are we all holding up? I am so stressed out, I have to say I am going through a really bad phase right now. Hope all is well with your plans. 35 days to go!

I am so stressed too. FH and I fighting a lot lately - I know it's because I am overwhelmed and easily annoyed lately. I am saying things I don't mean. I hope to get this under control - I don't want the last month to be remembered as a nightmare!

I just got a call from the Fox Hollow last night - set up my appt for arrangements for Tuesday night! I got serious butterflies from that!!!

Response date 3/24 - still waiting on 63 responses!!

Ugh - pretty stessed too!. My RSVP date is 3/22 I have over 100 responses that haven't come in yet. I feel like i have so much to do and there is no time!

My response date was 3/7. I am still waiting for like 15 responses! But for the most part I can figure them out.
By the way, can somebody stop me from eating TONS of chocolate!

I am stressed out also I cannot believe it will be here is 3 weeks....but I think I am starting to calm down I am not as stressed out as I was.....I just finally came to realize we cannot control everything so things will be whatever they are.....

well we got two more no's yesterday. The way it looks now, we may not even get our 150! At least I dont have to worry about going over the limit anymore! If you read my other post, I am already having nightmares. I am really stressed right now!

I have stress too, with 28 days to go. After looking over my to do list last night, it seems a bit more managable.

I made and sent my rehearsal invites and had my tasting this week. The food was great and I am very happy with my menu. I'm still waiting for some more responses (we just past our response date) but I'm waiting until the 20th to start calling (but my mom has started asking around anyway).

I'm am petrified to do the seating chart with the mothers, I know they'll disagree. I think FH and I may do a draft of it on our own and have them review it. Is that rude??

I have to do finishing touches on the bathroom baskets and hotel welcome bags. The BP gifts are wrapped and kids activities bought. I think we have to do our programs (they are designed but need to be printed) and starting trying out how we will make our place cards (I'm knocking off Martha! but not the candles).

Hi ladies! I am glad to hear I'm not the only one going through a rough time. Actually, I've been absent from the board for a few months partly because I've felt overwhelmed and just haven't had time ot post. I'm starting to get myself back on track now. I'm meeting with Eastwind on Tuesday to do the menu and I'm now getting really excited. My dress fitting was cancelled for this week because the seamstress is having surgery, and that made me a little nervous, but they said she will be back and in full force next week, so hopefully all goes well! Hang in there ladies its almost here!

I am feeling a bit stressed..i still have things to do. I went for a fitting last night...the next one is not till April 10 which will be it..and then I pick it up. Trying to get as much done before April as possible like the programs, gifts..etc. Time really does fly

3 weeks left Final head count of 139. Did the tables..Gonna do lots this weekend..Have 3rd fitting tomorrow. Have a slight problem with our transportation but will figure it out (hopefully). Ready to kill a groomsman who said I'll be there Sat. morning!!! Hello??? You need to get there by at least Fri to get your tux!! Idiot! But going pretty good. Starting to get really anxious but excited too!

I haven't even had my 1st fitting yet. I had scheduled it for 3/8 but they cancelled and said it was too early. Now it is not until 3/22.

My first fitting is supposed to be next week too.

I am FREAKING out about makeup today! I have had trials and just not happy with any of them yet. A lot of people are booked on my day (I have counted 8 of us so far!!) so I am BIG TIME stressing about this. Any suggestions?

A lot of places were booked - JN, Fairytale, Beautiful Beginnings, and a referral from a friend. I had a trial with Clinique, Estee Lauder. Left a message for Jackie from imakeupyou (vendor on this site). May try Maximus at the Source, but I didn't hear great reviews!

I got 10 responses this week so far - and I had none on Monday, so this is a better week for me. Last week I had only like 4 or 5!

I was in a wedding party a little over a year ago and we had hair and makeup done at maximus at the Source - i thought they did a great job. I think you should def. give them a try. My RSVPS are trickling in too. I am dying to know who is coming!
