April Brides!!!

What does everyone have left to do and / or pay-off? I can't believe how LITTLE is left so far...

Me, I have:
Finish addressing all envelopes - sending out Tuesday / Wednesday
Find a slip I like that's NOT 250! lol
Cake Serving Set
Pick up GMs remaining gifts
Get Parent Gifts
Get Brother & MOHs gifts
Pay off DJ
Pay off RH
Pay off Limos
Pay off Florist
DONE!

By the end of next week we'll have the DJ, Limos, Florist paid off. We just paid off our HM...

And, ONE things that's NWR - Find a place to LIVE lol.

assemble unity candles
put ribbon on bubbles
put labels on candy bags
order candy
FG needs dress
FG/RB gifts
marriage license (we can get it tomorrow!)
make a donation
pay our lasts payments to just about EVERYONE!

im having my BM's come over on saturday for a luncheon and put together a ton of things. i hope to have them cut all menus and put crystals on them, put together the church programs, put together b-room baskets and ribbon the bubbles

Wow..I didn't even THINK of the wedding license! lol. And we can get it tomorrow?? AWESOME! Maybe I'll get it this next weekend! YAAY!

All this PLUS we're trying to buy a co-op. So I'm not exactly Miss Suzy Sunshine lately. And believe me, I've been in full wedding mode for all of January.


I'm SO over it!

These posts always make me nervous! I think we're in pretty good shape though.

Still have to:
Finish fittings for my gown (2nd fitting March 7th!)
Go with my bridesmaids for their fittings (at least one of my girls is going on Saturday for her 1st fitting)
Pick out tuxes (probably sometime this week)
Book hairstylist (having my trial on Tuesday)
Book rehearsal dinner
Pick out cake
Decide on menu and linens, etc.
Finalize details with all vendors
Make programs (after we finish our liturgy planning session with our church which is next Sunday)
Mail out invitations (on February 18th)

I also still have to pay for basically everything - the only thing that is paid off entirely is the honeymoon.

Still have to:
Mail invitations
Seating arrangements
Choose food
Pay Minister
Pay Harpist
Go for final fitting
Get marriage license
Order favors
Order BM gifts
Hair trial

I don't have much paying to do because I was lucky enough to win a dream wedding giveaway that included everything. Never in my life did I imagine winning something like this. My wedding was suppose to be in June 2010, but since I won the contest, I have to get married on April 26. 2009. This was the date they booked with the Yacht, photographers, videographer, DJ, etc. However, I'm scared to file my taxes next year because this is going to kill me However, I must say winning a prize like this isn't always great. I found out I won in November 2008 and have rushed my wedding plans. Haven't even enjoyed the planning process. The amount of stress i've been having is insane!!!

I think we're all on a roll! That's soo great! By the end of this week 'll have plenty more to check off as well! Such as:
Hopefully my slip
My invites will be done and mailed out
Buying my evening bag
Limos will be booked! lol

ETA: we'll hopefully also have our marriage license being processed lol

This post always makes me nutso.. lol

Go for my dress fitting (thursday!!)
get veil and headpiece
get my wedding band sized
hair trial
favors and put everything together
place cards
limos
pay off RH, limos(when i book them), florist
finish up some gifts
seating chart when i get my final count
spanx and a slip


this weekend i finialized the menu with FH and did a cake tasting and booked our cake.. yummy! Oh and i picked up FH;s ring.. so nice!!!

I'm sure there is more..lol

Do you think sending my invites the first week of march is late? I wanted to get them sooner, but was told they would arrive ending of february/beg. of march.

I would personally send them out a little sooner. I have my RSVP date exactly a month before my ewdding...so they will have about a month to RSVP...and those few that don't ..I'll still have about 2 weeks to get the final count and hound all those people down LOL.
Can you send them out within the next week or so??

....No. They said I won't have them until the last week of February. I tried expediting it and they wanted to charge me $600 . I said NO WAY!!!!! I'm having everyone RSVP by March 22. Hopefully they will all get back to me. Now I'm worried The last thing I want is to be chasing people to get back to me.

Awww...don't worry...you're the end of April..I didn't notice that...lol...sorry. You'll be fine...just make sure you send them out as soon as you get them. As long as it's about 6 weeks ahead of date I think you'll be fine. I know most of the other 4-4 girls already sent out their invites... lol
