I am using one. I was not going to, but my schedule is going to be tight for the wedding & I know everyone will drive me nuts the day of the wedding. I love my family but it is inevitable.
I used Dazzling Affairs, Inc. I have to check my info but it was not a cheap expense but I liked them & trusted that they will do a good job!

I was thinking about it, Bleu Diamond Events ( I am getting my invitations there) but I was quoted a little higher then what some of you girls are stating, so I will have to look into it
Because I am neurotic, I definitely need someone to coordinate on the day, I don't want to stress about anything on the day

No I'm not having one. I would actually feel more comfortable knowing that I knew all the information and could take of it. That sort of thing doesn't really stress me out, but makes me feel better that things are getting done.

i used one.. she is an independent company called positive bridal.. she was PHENOMENAL.. she didn't over run me, she didn't try to change my vision but in those last days where everything got hectic and the energy and the excitement of the day could be felt everywhere i went, she stepped in and made sure that most importantly I STAYED CALM!!!
she was at my rehearsal (not the dinner, just the rehearsal) she was at my final meeting with the reception hall, she took my list of wishes and how i wanted things and wrote up a memo and gave to the reception hall so that they know exactly how i wanted everything set up.she contacted all of the vendors the week of the wedding and made sure that everyone was on the same page and understood they were working for me.. the day of the wedding she was up and moving prob before i was.. she made sure the flowers arrived at the church and looked the way they were suppose to according to the paperwork,
PHENOMONAL!! I HIGHLY Recommend HER of course. lol. but a DOC in general.. because after you spend thousands an thousands, that last $800-900 makes sure that the previous thousands and thousands is not wasted or misused.. that last $800 makes sure that your previous thousands is doing exactly what you paid and expect it to do..

I don't feel the need for one. I take pride in the fact that FH and I have controlled and taken care of every aspect of our wedding...I don't want that day to be any different.

If you ccan get a family or friend to take care of all that stuff then do it, they can be costly for a day. I got this girl in my church to do it.

I am not having one - it's an added expense which I can not afford. I will confirm everything the week of the wedding and recruit family members to deal with any day of mishaps.

I just contact christine of EAP, so i hope she can do it. The day of my wedding, i don't want to deal with anything. If a vendor is late such as flowers i dont want to be on the phone with them and all stressed out about it. They will also be at the RH making sure they set up everything right and will also keep the servers and staff in check. They also take care of other things before the wedding. Such as making payments to the vendors before the wedding. If i dont have to run around before my wedding that will be great. I want to make my week before the wedding as easy as possible.
Plus the fact that laurie is on their staff on the design team is HUGE for me. She inspired me with my color scheme and if she will design things for me such as menu's and all that, i would love that.

Yes I am, My mother hired them because she does not want me to be stressed. I am happy about because I really do not want anyone bothering me that day.

I am having one. I debated about it for a while because of the cost but I think it's worth the money. I just didn't want to be stressed the day of and I wanted my bridesmaids and mom's to have fun too instead of worrying about details for me (plus I don;t want to drive them nuts). I just feel like it will be more stress free this way. I think it's totally a personal decision. Good Luck!!
