We had run out of e-party cards (The cupcake ones that says life is sweet) and fsil had bought cards that were cute, purple, with hearts. So, we sent out those cards to those who we couldn't send out the other ones too... WOuld you believe I have a friend who emailed me the following:
Jenny, I just wanted to say that since I recieved, possibly your 'List B' invite to your engagement party, ____ and I will not be attending. With all we've gone through to know that I was not considered first on your invite list, just bothers me to no end. I saw Mike's invitation and I know that it obviously was a pity invite. All the best
I responded with the following:
Check the postmark on both the invites. You recieved them both the same day and have the same RSVP. We ran out of cards and it was too late to order more. All the best, Jenny

Okay. But shouldn't I have been at least at the top of the list to get the other invitation? I just didn't understand. _____ and I may be away then anyway.
Me to her (About an hour ago because I really was still lost) >Hey, What is the difference between an invite thats pink or purple? Not everyone got the same one as it is. We sent mike a blue on cause hes a boy. Have fun on Vacation. We'll be too busy partying to think of you that day! Jenny
Her Response: Thanks. We'll be too busy too probably. It's a 7 day cruise. We didn't book yet though. By the way, I loved the cupcake card. I think I was just jealous because, cupcakes... how darn cute are they? Is that your wedding theme? Talk to you later hun!
