Are there any UNstressed brides?

Original post by MrsSoto

So, I hope this doesnt offend anyone but I have been basically unstressed with this whole wedding planning...yes I sometimes go back and forth with decisions and go crazy with it but I still have never felt that real Stress that so many girls talk about. I am really loving every step of it. Anyone else?

PS- Im sure karma will come back to me and I will be a freakin mess at some point (hope not tho)

Planning has been pretty stress free for me too. The times I have felt anxiety it has been more about 'this is really happening' than the planning itself. I am sure as my day gets a little closer the stress will increase...I have watched it happend to many of my friends BOTH guys and girls.

I wasnt stressed a year out but just you wait til you get 30 and 60 days out......the pressure is so intense

oh god thats when it hits and hits hard. All of a sudden you realize how much more you have left to do and not as much time. With both money wise and also your to do list. At that point you have to have most of the money to finish paying everything off, and then when you realize you have just 8 weekends to do things, it hits hard. I remember having a long list, and with working at that time in NJ and not having much time during the weekdays, and saying just 8 weekends to get it all done seemed insane. Last few weeks, i had so much to do EVERY single day.

God reading your post made me even more stressed. I hit the 30 day mark today. Money wise Im fine but its all the other stuff that is getting me. and of course work got so busy.

The only stress I have is trying to get the FH to do ANYTHING wedding related.

LOL. Im 6 months away and havent had any real BIG Stress yet. I think the whole planning is very fun honestly. The only problem I may have with it is mine and FH's differences with agreeing on some things but other than that, Ive been having a great time with it =)

I sometimes questions myself about it too.....I feel like maybe its bad that Im not stressed! hahaha. Im stressed because Im not stressed....lol.

I wish I could be like you. I get stressed out over wedding planning all the time.

I was unstressed until the week of my wedding... I was ready to pull out my hair. Hopefully you will not get stressed out the week of your wedding!

AHHHH stressed?? Yeah my RH just got taken over by Villa Lombardi.... I'm freaking out! Plus with 4 months to go I still have a million things to take care of and instead I am looking for a new RH. Will be thrilled when I am married and can use my weekends for RELAXATION
