Are there any Vera Wang brides here?

I am a nervous wreck about my bustle...
And my seamstress said to me- don't even bother askign Vera Wang- they don't care.
You should have seen what she was doing to my dress- I almost vomitted.
I just need to know where to find help, or guidance. Anyone?
TIA,
Lauren
