If you are talking about the one in riverhead, you will definitely get some amazing pictures. They have even performed traditional polish weddings at the fair in the past. They have polka dancers and everything. I am a little jealous. I used to talk about getting married there when I was younger.

I'm sure your guests will figure it out....
Perhaps you can make up some big poster boards and put them in places like the parking lot or on the corners of the church saying something like 'Meghan & Christian's Wedding/Enter Church Around the Corner on Brown Street' and maybe have the best man go speak to some of the vendors to let them know whats going on so they can help lost guests. I'm sure they will be friendly!

Okay, first of all...you will def be able to get cute pictures with the fair going on outside the church. I go to the fair every year and I always stop in at the church to check it out (me and FH are getting married there in November) It's a fun atmosphere and even though parking may be an issue...nobody attending the fair ever parks over near the streets where the church is, so you might be alright. There are a ton of side streets over there and the church is totally noticable so they will find their way. I would just use it to your advantage as much as possible!!!

Re: ARE YOU FREAKIN' KIDDING ME?????
and to top this off, the Long Ireland Brewery is opening next weekend (across the street from St. Isadore's and a tiny bit down the road) so that part of town wil be even more crazy. you will definetly get some cool pics.
And it's ridiculous that the church just let you know now a month away, they know when the Polish fair is every year a LOT prior to this and shoudl have let you know a lot sooner so that you coudl arrange for something. Perhaps they can allow your guests to park at the St. Isadore's school????????????????????????????? It is a little bit of a walk, about a half mile, but perhaps they could accomodate your guests parking that way

I didn't know about the brewery! But I wrote back to on FB too - the street actually closes at Marcy Ave which is where the parking lot entrance is so my guest won't have any problems. They promised people weren't allowed to park there from the fair so my guests would have parking. The only thing that sucks is that I can't pull up to the front of the church but really that is the least of my worries.
