I used this bridal bag for my lip gloss, flip flops, cell phone and tissues. MY DOC held onto it during the ceremony and when we were taking pics. At the reception I gave my lip gloss and tissues to DH to hold in his tuxedo jacket and the flip flops stayed in the bridal suite. I then used that same bag when I went around to collect cards.

I probably will bc i'm going to want my phone (i know im nuts and addicted to my blackberry and if i need to be checking weather forecasts!) and i always like to have mints and my lipstick with me!

Waste of money for me. I will have a large tote bag, a small suitcase in the hotel and a white satin bag for cards. I am not going to need an extra bag...I feel like a bag lady.

I wasn't going to get one but week of wedding i happen to see one while i was out doing something else and it was $30 and i just got it.

Dont think its always necessary but for me personally came in handy. I didnt have to really watch it either and carry it with me everywhere. For me it came in handy bc for one, when we took pics, the last hour was mostly just dh and I, and my bp was on the bus around the corner so when i needed to re-apply lipgloss i had the bag right there with me, i had left down since it was just us taking pics. Otherwise i would've had to run to the bus just to get lipgloss from a BM. Not only that but i was also given a sponge with make up on it to touch up in case i needed it, it was in a plastic bag and given to me by make up artist. It was more of some powder thing that takes away shine i think. REMEMBER that most bm's will have very small bags too with tons of things in there. I also brought my camera with me. NOW another thing is that I am a smoker so came in handy for that, not to mention dh giving me his cigs. I only smoked on the bus really or outside taking pics. YES i did have an overnight bag with tons of stuff but i didnt have that with me at all. MY DOC took it from my house morning of and had it in her car and she brought it to RH into the bridal suite.

Didnt have to carry it everywhere bc when i went into the church, i left purse in the rolls, it had a compartment in the middle to put stuff. THen after i just took it out of there and brought it on the bus, and i sat at a table on the bus so left purse on that. Then when taking pics i just put it down outside by where we were. Once we got to RH, i left it in the bridal suite.

wasn't big either so wasnt a problem to hold for the short amount of time i did

NO BLACKBERRY AT THE WEDDING!!!!! I forbid it, as a former Blackberry, and current Omnia addict. STEP AWAY FROM THE PHONE!

I had a wristlet that I put my phone, driver;s license, and lip gloss in. I used it, but it got left in the bridal suite most of the night, so if I didn't have it, it probably wouldn't have been a big deal.

I'm probably going to have someone else lug a survival bag for me with all of my necessities...deodorant, lipgloss, hairspray, advil...etc I just wanna carry my bouquet!

I think that's what my bridal suite is for. I don't want to carry anything around with me at the wedding.

I am not bothering with one. Half the time at weddings/fire dept dinners/bars...I almost lose my purse! so I don't want to have to think about it at the wedding

My sister had a cute one from her wedding 5 years ago - so I'm just using that, prob just keeping my phone, wallet and lip gloss at my seat and prob not even using it.

Only thing i will need cosistently throughout the night is my lip gloss and i will put a BM in charge of that, or leave it at our table. no bag for me.

OMG you just saved me!!!! I have to have my ID to even get on base for my wedding (military base)... I would have been sooooooooooo screwed! i guess I am briniging a purse
