No spanx for me, my dress has this built in band that clip around my waist like a bra!

Spanx are a pain to get on and off, BUT, they are great.

There is a trick...put baby powder on the inside

I have a corset type dress so there is boning in it already...just a strapless bra and regular undies for me! Although I was thinking about some spanx just as an additional slimming effect but I fear it will be sooo hot and uncomfortable!
