If we have time after pictures we are definately going. I was originally against it, but FH convinced me that it would be nice to say hello to people rather than wasting the time in the recepetion when we should be dancing

We did and was a great decison for us, despite the fact we were so busy talking that we did not even have time to eat anything!!

We've scheduled our CH so we'll be on the water watching the sunset enjoying our signature drinks

we are extending our CH by a half hour...

This is the plan:

Church 1. Out of there by 2:15/30.

Pics at Planting Fields... arrive at 2:45/3.

Leave at 3:45/4.

Arrive 4:15.

Pics on beach... 4:30. (sunset is at 4:40)

Cocktail Hour starts at 4:30... ends at 6.

Pics on beach end at about 5:15.

We join our guest at about 5:30 in CH.

we are DEFINATLEY doing CH. We purposely timed our pictures before the ceremony so we could go to CH.

Me Too. I want to hang out w/ my guest and have a good time.

Well, I dont know im Torn, I want to go to the CH Cause thats an awsome part of the wedding and I want to see it and I PAID FOR IT .... Plus i could get most of the Hellos out of the way... But On another hand I want to stick with Tradition ... ( the bride not to be seen untill she walks in and spend some alone time with your NEW Husband..... )

I dont know ... I might just ask to see it before the party I mean I have A TV in the Bridal Suite to watch the CH which is AWESOME .. I still need to decide..

At first we didnt want to but we added so many cool things to the CH for the guests I dont want to miss it.

Just worried about getting the dress dirty, but that's not enough to stop us. I agree with bellaro

You get alot of the hellos and thank yous out of the way then and can enjoy more of your reception too. Good Point!!

ditto....I would rather spend more time with my guests and forgo the 'grand entrance' effect.

Oh ya you want to have fun Dancing and enjoy the night ... You dont want to be bothered going around to EVERY TABLE For 10 Hours .LOL . Im gonna do my rounds but my goal is to do it In 2 songs 6-7 min tops .. I hope i can do it...
