Are you jelous? Tell the truth...

So we are all human and i think it would be a lie to say we are never jealous of anyone. Do you get jealous when you see other girls rings that are bigger than yours?

If you FH offered you to get an upgrade would you???

As for me, it may sound shallow but I would upgrade all the way... not that I don't love my ring.... but who doesn't want bigger?

actually FH's sister asked me what kind of ring i would want (i didn't realize at the time she was actually asking FOR FH...i'm not so swift...) and i told her what i wanted and i got exactly that.

BUT...for me, i just don't like big jewelry.... it took me a few months to get used to having a rock on my finger at all...i don't know if i'd be able to get used to a larger one.

but if i were more into rings with big stones, i might be a little jealous of other girls' rings...but only a little! i would love my ring anyway b/c it's from FH!

I would never upgrade b/c FH picked it out and bought it all by himself. It's a classic round tiffany setting. HOWEVER, my sister picked out a 2.12 cushion cut ring from Tiffany that costs $42K. I think I like mine better because her ring and her engagement will not be a surprise and mine was.

I picked out my setting and FH picked out the center stone. We even tried on the setting when the jeweler received it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.

I couldn't imagine a better ring for me

I agree 100%. I'm not a big, flashy jewerly kinda gal. I also love my ring so, so, so much because he had it made for me. He also took his mom, nan, sister and father with him to get it so it means so much. Also, it's on The Karat Shop commercial so that always makes me smile!!!

Sure I want the 3 carat Harry winston that Sarah jessica parker was wearing in Sex and the City!!!

I would never ask FH for an upgrade, maybe years and years down the road an anniversary band of sorts. I gave my fh picture of what i wanted, and he got exactly that. He picked a great diamond I just complain I have long freakin fingers!!!!

It is so funny because that is how I thought I would feel but I haven't yet. I have seen bigger rings than mine and still wanted to keep mine. It's weird. Now I think I may change if/when my friends get rings bigger lol

Mine too and i think anything bigger than what i have would look TOO big

i dont get jelous- and my diamonds are not big at all. But big diamonds would look weird on me cus i have small hands. FH was going to get me a 1.5 solitare we saw at fortunoffs, but when we saw my ring we knew it was the one!! I would never upgrade, ( i agree about the sentimental value) but I would accept a different ring to wear on my other hand.
