I know we are going to get a joint savings account.
I don't know if we should have a joint checking account. We probably will.
Just wondering what everyone else is doing.

We already do... Several accounts are already joined. We have kids and live together if that explains some...

We have a joint checking and savings and then we each have our own sep account that we put like 20 bucks in a week.

We already have a joint savings acct- as we are saving for our wedding. After we are married, we will have a joint checking acct as well as our own checking accts.

Us too. Luckily we bank at the same place. I'm holding off on the checking until next year. (I work for NYC schools and they're a PITA if I change the account in which my check is deposited).

We have a joint savings and checking account and right now we are using that for our wedding. We also have our separate accounts.

We have a joint savings. We will get a joint checking before we move in together.
We will also each keep our personal checking and savings accounts, so that each of us is able to have our own money as well.
We'll put a determined amount into the joint accounts from our paychecks each month (we haven't landed on the exact number yet. It will depend on what our expenses are like when we live together.) and put the rest in our personal accounts.
