We just had a brunch at my parents' house because we had almost 90 OOT guests and the brunch at the hotel would've been ridiculously expensive.

If a brunch at someone's house isn't feasible, maybe you could just look into getting them certificates to redeem at the hotel for coffee and a bagel or something?
