Are you renovating your new home?

I thought this may be helpful for those of you renovating on a budget...

My boss owns a townhouse on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and she's renovating her townhouse. She's selling everything (including the kitchen sink).
If you're renovating, like good quality things, but you're on a budget, you may be interested in her virtual garage sale. Some of the items include...
pedestal sinks
a sub-zero fridge
lighting
french doors
fireplace mantels
etc.

If you're interested, please e-mail me at [email protected] and I will send you the pictures of everything.
