I am superstitious...not to put shoes on the table, or when I see a black cat cross my path, or to open an umbrella in a building...all bad luck!

no shoes or hats on the table...big no-no, give a penny, when you receive a knife or sissors from someone as a gift, NEVER use sissors or knife at a Bridal or Baby shower (only the guest of honor cant), throw salt over shoulder if spilt, knock on wood.....I can go on and on....but I do not let it run my life, just add some fun!!

i am very superstitious. i dont put my shoes on the table, walk under a ladder, i throw salt over my shoulder if i spill it, or open an umbrella inside.

I only have one superstitious behavior that I have to do. Whenever I'm driving up to MA to my FIL's, or to school (when I went up there) I'd have to drive the same route and get gas at the same gas station. One time I was leaving really early so I didn't do that and I ended up hitting 2 deer in the middle of 95 in Connecticut!! Well they actually hit me because they don't belong hanging out in the middle of a major highway! I'll never break from that routine again!

well Im Italian and this was passed down to my from my grandmother. I really do not know what the reasoning behind it is but she would flip out of the shoes were even on the chair so I guess it kinds of stuck!!
