I saw this yesterday - DC is SUPER strict about eating on their transit system and the woman gave the cops some attitude. I'm not saying it's absolutely necessary to hand cuff her but even I know it's like that there and I have only been on their metro twice.

I knew you couldn't eat on the metro, but I didn't know you couldn't eat in the station or on the platform either! I've done it many times. Oops!
