I absolutely LOVE Artisan. I love first of all that you're working with the owner and you know what you're getting. Second of all, Chuck has a great personality and makes you feel totally at ease. We had SUCH a great time at our e-pics. and they're so accomodating. Chuck drove from Hicksville to Brooklyn to do our e-pics and when it turned out to be a cold day he offered to drive back another time. I have actually recommended him to other brides who have used them and were really happy.
To be perfectly honest though I *was* going to do my video there as well but switched to COuped up. I decided I wanted it a little more cinema style. I think Artisan might be switching over..they're a little traditional on the video side. One friend who did video for her wedding also said she LOVED the photo but was less impressed by her video, so I would say def 100% for photo, but I can't really recommend them for video unless they've changed. I mean I think the videos were fine, but nothing to write home about, so we went for a little more wow factor...or course we're spending more...

He's just the nicest person ever! I love him!! I know my family will too. I knew immediately he'd be the right person to put everyone at ease and get them smiling for the photos!

I didn't get video from them, we ended up going with Infinite Video productions (you can see my trailer here).
We wanted to go with a videographer that just did video.
