Is there anything i really need to get a jump on???? I am trying to loose, so i am not doing my dress until feb. should i do flowers next????

I've only booked: Ceremony/Reception Site Videographers Photographers
That's it! I have no idea who is actually going to be in my bridal party, who is actually going to marry us, what we're wearing, what kind of flowers I want, etc. I got the major things taken care of, but I really need to get my butt in gear!
I do however, have appointments for florists and for DJs this month, so maybe I'm not such a slacker
ETA: Nancy, because she puts me to shame too!
Its not fun anymore though..I have nothing to do anymore! I could start my diy stuff but, I dont want it to get dirty or anything..so now I am just waiting it out

I'm October 06, and thus far I have; - ceremony site - judge to perform ceremony - hall for reception - photographer - DJ - limos - ordered wedding dress, but need everything else (veil, shoes etc) - narrowed down BM dress to two (one won't be out until 1/06 to see in person) - narrowed down florists to two (have scheduled 2nd appointments with both of them) - started interviewing DOC - selected invitation and ordered samples - designed STD, but haven't ordered yet - decided on favors (donation) - have containers for sand ceremony, but still need sand for me, have his - have various stuff around to start DIY, but haven't actually started anything yet
I think that's it. Everything else still needs to be done.
