We pick up the keys last night for our new apartment and the leasing agent tells me the electrician is in the apartment doing the hookups for the washer/dyer. So I ask, when will they put in the washer/dyer, she informs we they only give me the hookups, no w/d included!!!! She totally miscommunicated with me and con-ed me!!!
I have spoken to her numerous times about the w/d. This was the only thing when we looked around that I wanted in an apartment. Most of the apartments in Connecticut give you a w/d.
I am sooooooooooooooooo ANGRY!!! Now, she's not returning my calls.
