I love this site, i always check it out before going to an open house or just to compare the price compared to the assesed price.. NEVER EVER pay more than 100K than the assesed.. thats even a little high..

chmlenger- that's exactly what i was thinking when i saw my parent's house - i mean, it's a little creepyu that people were going around taking those shots- at least you (or I) weren't in the photo for all of LI to see!
