Attending a wedding today at

The Watermill !

I will post a review this weekend. I am pretty sure this is going to be a beautiful wedding. There are ~300 guest attending.

Up-date on the wedding!

First off, it was BEAUTIFUL!

The both looked so happy and made such a beautiful couple. Even despite all the rain we had on Friday, they kept their spirits up.

The Watermill: Beautiful reception site. The cocktail room was on the main floor, very large.
The food was excellent: Eggplant rollatini, rabbit, veal, calamari (yummy), Pasta Station with two choices, carving station with steak or roasted pig, fruit stand and then a cart for all fresh breads and anti pasta. The only compliant about the cocktail hour, was that there were 266 guest and only one bar open during this time... There was always a long line to get a drink.
The reception was then continued down stairs in the large room. Very elegant, the lighting was perfect and romantic. They did a beautiful job on the cake. Dinner was out of this world. I had the filet minion, was like butter and it was accompanied by 3 butterfly shrimp covered in a butter/breadcrumb mixture. The vianeses hour was to top all! I never seen such a big show put on, great... All was very nice and for any brides getting married at the Watermill, I certain you that you will be very pleased.
