So there is a rumor going around that the Maine Maid Inn closed. I am in the process of playing phone tag with the girl there and see what the situation is.
So please do not panic......worse case scenario we have it somewhere else.
More details to come....just please don't fill up my FM..thanks girls, you know me, I will figure this all out and update you when I have confirmation.

Its a bridal shower being organized by us the 2010 brides, for us the 2010 brides. Its nothing organized by LIW. The previous boards have done it and we wanted to do one too

Hey girls quick update: Just talked to Christine (on her way home from work i think) and she spoke with Maine Maid Inn, YES they are closing and NO we are not losing our money!! They will have a check back to her within the next few weeks...Once we have a new location we will let everyone know!!! No panicing, this is all under control!!!!

we should have it at fox hollow like some of us originally wanted i have no problem give the rest to cover the pp fee

Wow, about Maine Maid Inn they've been around a LONG time. I'm shocked.
If you could keep the shower in Nassau it would be great for me, but if not, just give me enough notice to arrange something. I know I'm only one person... so I'm not asking for special favors.
I know Christine and all of the Committee Members will do a great job with this, thanks for keeping on top of everything!
