Aug9bride - it is not a matter of telling people where to post. This is about pointing out that there are more effective/efficient ways to use the boards.

Many times people that double post do so because they need/want an immediate response to something. Or they may feel that the post is important enough for everyone to read. (Not all NW go to the BHB).
For these people, it may be effective for them to post on both boards. Especially if they need an answer to something immediately.
