ATTN: ALL CREST HOLLOW BRIDES!

Hello CHCC brides!!

I don't know about you guys, but I love it when I speak to other CHCC brides! It gets me so excited about the place that I've choosen. I was thinking, all CHCC brides should meet up one day, exchange ideas, thoughts, opinions, etc...

I think the vienesse table is an additional option you can have. I'm not sure it's in the basic price quote.

Okay, I wasn't too sure. Because when I went there my BM was like you can do a single dessert or a vienesse. I didn't have to negoiate it. But, when I was trying to pare the menu, he was like this is the basic and there's no room to go from here.

What I can remember offhand is that I got 2 Carving Meats during th CH, the ice-sculpture, and the vienesse, and oh yeah the espresso bar.

They never told me about tulle or chair covers. Well, actually when I went to see the room during Christmas he said that they now do chair covers. Before he said that CHCC didn't do it directly, but now they have some relationship with some company and the chair covers are $4/chair.

Have you gone in to choose your menu yet? I was looking over my paperwork from the Crest Hollow over the weekend & I was so excited when I read about the 'Oriental Station' at the cocktail hour. They decorate the area with Oriental fans & screens & along with the stir-fry they have fortune cookies & chopsticks!

I thought it was one or the other. I don't think my contract says anything about adding for the trays. I get to choose which one I want. I'll check and let you know.

The fountain will probably be an arm and a leg!

single dessert is part of the basic plan...which is your wedding cake and a choice of one additional dessert brought to each desk...
venetian hour is a HUGE spectical they make, they dim the lights, wheel in tons of carts into the room with sparklers, and do a whole big presentation with every possible dessert you can think of.... this definetly costs more...being that dessert is my fave meal of the day i knew i wanted that b4 i wanted filet mignon

I think they said by late Feb/early March?? They said they didn't schedule any weddings in there because of that.

Oh, what are you picking for your menu?

Let us know what you pick & if they are offering anything new. The last time I spoke with anyone there was last May & I don't know if any changes have taken place.

I don't think there's anything new because when I went during the holidays they gave me the same menu that they gave me in Dec 2003.
