FH and I just recently booked at Flowerfield and couldn't be more excited! It has always been my dream venue. Just looking for any feedback/advice/vendor tips any of you may have as you've been planning your ceremonies and receptions at Flowerfield. We are doing pictures, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception there. We have no vendors booked yet so I'm all ears on ANY input. Thanks!

I had my senior prom there back in 1992. It was beautiful then, and the food was great. But that was 21 years ago, so I don't know if the chef is still there.

I am getting married there two months after you- we have mostly everything booked- we are putting a different spin on most stuff! we are going an all cocktail reception so cocktail hour is going to be 4 hours in their greenhouse and then we added a viennese hour in the ballroom! :) we are so excited!
That's an awesome idea, MisstoMrs. Did they quote you a lower price per person for that? I wanted that in the worst way, but Groomzilla insisted on the sitdown reception.

My wedding is in 2 weeks! They have accommodated EVERY request I've asked for. Anything you can think of that you want special that you don't see on a list or on the menu you can have. I'm having certain special foods that are not listed. They have THE MOST amazing reputation. If you have any questions at all I'd love to help ~ FM me!

Yep. Definitely meet with her. She does a ton of Flowerfield weddings so she knows what looks good there.
I can't help with vendors but wanted to say that my cousin's wedding was there last year and the food was easily the best I've ever had at a wedding, and better than most restaurant food I've eaten as well!
