ATTN: LEONARDS BRIDES

Hi, I had been a little unhappy with Leonards up until today. As some of you know, I´m planning from overseas and I did the inquiries over the phone and got certain info and then when my mom went in they changed it and said I mustve misunderstood. That started me off with a sour taste in my mouth but I let it slide.

Then I had a lot of issues dealing with my BM. Unanswered emails/phone calls, lack of info, etc. I was starting to get worried.

However, today I spoke to Armando (he is my new BM now that Tommy left) and he was great! Super atentive, answered all my questions and even expressed concern over the 'misunderstanding' he said he would try to fix them but I don´t know if he can. At least he tried reassuring me so that´s good.

Just thought I would post in case anyone has felt uneasy. I think everything should work out ok.

I have two questions . . .

1) Which of the rooms are for 150 people or less?

2) Anyone doing an outside ceremony? Do they include the decorations (I heard they include them when its indoor) ?

My BM is actually Antonio. We had another issue but it was resolved quickly. Overall, I think things are improving!!

I asked this before, but anyone doing their ceremony outside or have info regarding it? Are any decorations included? I hear that inside they are.
