August Girls

So when are you girls sending out invites? I have been trying to decide because people have said to send it out earlier than usual because people go away over the summer and may take longer to mail back. It is a good point, what do you all think?

My RSVP date is July 10 and I'm sending mine out next week sometime. That's mostly b/c I have a B List though so I have to give the A-listers more time to respond.

I think anywhere from 8-12 weeks out is ok, but I wouldn't go more than 12 weeks.

i'm sending them out the first week in June. That'll give people 6 weeks before the RSVP date, and about 10 weeks before the wedding.

I'm sending mine out the 1st week of June and the RSVP date is July 25th...

I already got invitations from my friends who are getting married Aug 1st and Aug 6th

I'm August 6th, July 1st respond date and I am sending them out tomorrow. I'm sitting in a pile of them as we speak.

Today is 12 weeks and I was planning to send them out today because I can't take it anymore!!! lol (it's also my birthday - so I thought it would be a fun way to remember!

My date is 8/7 so I'm sending them out first week of June with a RSVP of 7/7.
I want ot leave plenty of time to call people before we have to give final numbers 10 days before the wedding. And make sure we have enough favors, seating chart, etc

I'm sending mine out the third week of June, with a response date of July 19. I don't want to give them too much time, otherwise they'll leave it laying around and forget to send it out.
