Australia, Anyone?

Australia is lots of fun - plenty of cool places to visit -

the flights are long- getting there is not so bad- home is worse

Sidney is a great city, climb the bridge, darling harbor, good surfing at the beaches close by, Melbourne is a great location to start the great ocean road from, and go to some wineries

Cairns - is a must - great barrier reef
(port douglas is the more expensive area - more tropical, vacation area) - cairns has some interesting aboriginals around
the rain forest is nice, can hold a koala bear in queensland area of the country - the tully river is a great river to raft

tazmania - is an experience - everyone is so friendly - weather a little unpredictable - the prison is an experience- there is a night ghost tour that is lots of fun

NBew zealand is beatuiful and the locals are so nice

What was the weather like? Where did you visit?

We went to Melbourne, Ayers Rock (Outback), Port Douglas (Great Barrier Reef), the Gold Coast (Queensland) and Sydney.
The weather was warm or hot--(Outback) for for the most part except when we drove along Great Ocean Road it was chilly by the water (probably because there was a light mist of rain).
