How is everyone planning on avoiding being sick before the big day? Are u taking any extra precautions?

there is this stuff called emergen-c and its like 2000 mg of vit c.....try taking it. its a fizzy drink

Me too! I honestly thought it helped too!
It helps but it's just an herbal supplement. But the way they marketed it they made it seem like it was a miracle. BTW the article I linked from CNN also has a link to a web page where you can get you money back!
