I went there a few years ago with a friend for her wedding and had a terrible experience. The consultant was not very nice and would only let her try on a few dresses. I swore I would never go there when I got married, but after shopping around everywhere I was desperate and decided to give it a try... I had a wonderful experience! My consultant was lovely and pulled many options - any of which could have been 'the one' and all within my $3000 budget. I said yes to the dress at Kleinfeld's! I am amazed that a store of that reputation can have such great and such bad employees working there...I guess it really all depends on who you get!

Awful Experience
WOW... I had an amazing experience there. I had a wonderful consultant and she couldn't have been nicer. I tried on a good 8 dresses. She listened to what I wanted and proved me wrong on certain dresses I thought I wanted. Stayed within or even below the budget I gave her, and wasn't the least bit pushy. In the end I didn't get my dress there, but not because her lack of professionalism but bc I fell in love with a dress I had seen somewhere else. I guess it all depends who you get. I did later get an email from Kleinfelds asking them to tell them about my experience. There was even the owners home number for emergencies or extremely bad situations.

Awful Experience
I was disappointed in my experience there too. The consultant was very nice, but got very hung up on one picture I had shown her. My mother was like 'show her your favorite dress, anything at all...' just trying to look outside the box. She was just like, oh I liked the first one she tried.
They definitely push Pnina dresses - is that the only place that they are sold? I think it may be.
