one year ago today, DH proposed to me .... i can't believe it was only a year ago!

anyway, he just called me up and said 'in honor of our engagement-aversary, i'm going to cook a 3-course meal for us tonight! first course is butternut squash soup, second course is mozz, tomato & basil 'salad', third course is stuffed peppers' ... thanks DH, you're the bestest!
