Baby Shower planning
Re: Baby Shower planning
You can do stuff with baby blocks for the invites and stuff since it's neutral. I'd stick with all the pastel colors (unless she plans to find out the sex before June).
Re: Baby Shower planning
oh she's gonna find out ..but it's too soon yet
Re: Baby Shower planning
I did my Niece's Baby shower. You can look in my albums for some ideas.

Re: Baby Shower planning
For my shower my mom had A LOT of games which was really fun and kept everyone entertained. She had little plastic babies that she froze into ice cubes and everyone got one and the one who's water breaks first ( Ice cube melts first) wins,...you can also decorate the cake table with a lot of baby items (bottles, baby tylenol, rattles, pacifier, etc.) make sure everyone has a chance to see it and walk by it but dont say anything then discretely remove the items and have them write what they remembered from what was on the table the one with the most right wins.....As I was opening the gifts she set a timer and when it went off whoever's gift I was opening at the time it went off got a prize...she also did BINGO as I was opening the gifts Classic but always a hit.
Re: Baby Shower planning
We recently did a friends baby shower....we played a lot of games but my favorite was one where you had to guess the name of a baby animal. Like the person in charge would say 'kangaroo' and you had to write down 'joey'. Some of them were really cute, like one animals baby name was muggle. We also put different baby items in brown paper bags and passed them around and everyone had to guess what was in them by just feeling them. The favors for the game winners were baby bottles filled with different candy. It seemed to go over pretty well!

Just a suggestion, clip coupons that don't expire soon. Babies are expensive.
